Terms of Service

Payment
❤︎ I accept payment via paypal and venmo ONLY. All paypal transactions are subject to a 5% transaction fee.
❤︎ I require full upfront payment upon commission request by default, however, I also offer payment plans wherein the commissioner pays half up front, and half after the sketch is sent to and accepted by the client.Commission Procedure
❤︎ Standard commission wait times are within 2-4 weeks, depending on how complex the commission is.
❤︎ I accept commissions via direct message or email, however, email may take longer.
❤︎ Changes made to your commission will be subject to a fee if these changes are not included in the initial commission request. The fee can vary in price, depending on how far along I am when the change was requested and how complicated the change is.Refunds
❤︎ I allow full refunds if the client is in dire need, and i have not yet started on the commission.
❤︎ I allow partial (50%) refunds if the client is in dire need, and i have sent a sketch that was not approved by client.
❤︎ I DO NOT accept refunds after the sketch is approved, however, may make exceptions if the client is in financial distress and i have not yet begun lining, coloring, or rendering.
❤︎ While very much appreciated, both Tips and transaction fees are NONREFUNDABLE! I hope you understand!18+ Commission
❤︎ If you are requesting an nsfw commission, you MUST provide a picture of you standing next to any form of valid identification. I do not need a name, street address, or any sensitive information. However, I require that your birth date, the ID number, and your face be visible in order for me to validate said ID.
❤︎ This identification MUST stay visible within our emails or dms, so that I can refer back to it.
❤︎ NSFW commissions must be ethical. I refuse to draw anything involving minors, those who cannot or have not consented, or any fetish material that could be considered harmful or problematic. You are absolutely free to ask what I am personally comfortable with!
❤︎ ALL nsfw commission prices will have an upcharge of 25-50%, depending on what is being drawn. You are absolutely allowed to ask for a breakdown or reason as to why I am charging a certain amount :)
❤︎ You are not allowed to post my NSFW commissions anywhere without explicit consent given to you by me. If you are to post said commission anywhere, please do not include my username, title, or page unless also given permission.Copywrite
❤︎ I have the rights to all images that I draw, and unless specifically requested by client, can post said images to my social media or portfolio. (This does not apply if the rights are purchased via a collaboration, sponsor, or job.)
❤︎ I do NOT allow my art to be used to train Artifical Intelligence
❤︎ I do NOT allow for my art to be resold as NFTs
❤︎ I do NOT allow for my art to be resold on merchandise without both informing and coming to a financial agreement with me.
