My name is Nikole Ferguson, but you can call me Niko. I'm a US-based freelance concept/character artist with two years of indie studio workplace experience under my belt. I enjoy drawing all manner of things, but specialize character designs and have recently dipped my toes into prop and background design. Agreement
By commissioning me, you agree to all of my terms and conditions.Pricing
My prices are subject to change based on how complicated your order may be, any discounts I apply for mass orders, and any changes you may request during or after your commission. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me!Payment
1) I accept currency in USD, and use paypal, venmo, and/or Kofi for all of my transactions, and the customer is able to choose whichever method is best for them.
2) I require full up-front payment before I start on your commission.Fees
Transaction fees will apply for the following:
1) paypal transactions above $10 will be subject to a $2 transaction fee
2) Any changes made to your commission that deviate from your original request. This is not including any mistakes of my own, or misunderstandings between me and my commissioner.
3) Any design that I deem more complex, such as mech, armor, or detailed patterns/designs in clothing that may be hard to replicate.Copywrite
1) I own all of the work I draw unless the rights are bought via a contract, NDA, or work program.
2) I am allowed to post all sfw images I draw unless requested by the commissioner not during the payment/discussion phase of the commission.
3) I will not post or use any nsfw commissions, unless I have been given verbal confirmation from my client to do so.
4) If you are commissioning me for merchandise, you must make it known before the payment of your commission has been finalized so that we can discuss rights.Refunds
I do not issue refunds for any order I have started. If I have yet to send you the first work in progress, you may cancel your commission and I will resend you the money you paid for your commission. transaction fees are nonrefundable.Other Terms
1) I do not give any user who has commissioned or hired me permission to use my art for NFT or Ai material.
2) I have a cartoony artstyle, and may simplify complicated designs unless paid to do otherwise.
3) I will not draw political art that includes hatred towards any given group. LGBTQ+ art is not considered political to me, and I will gladly draw anything under this umbrella. I am a safe space for queer individuals.

Background is mostly blank except for a larger prop that takes up a lot of the space. (Example: characters standing behind a stall, sitting on a large chair or couch, etc). Pricing varies, so feel free to ask questions!Illustration : $75+
Character(s) is/are drawn interacting with a fully fleshed out environment. Price will vary depending on complexity of background, how many characters are drawn within, the level of shading, etc. Please ask me for more details so we can collaborate on a price that works best for us!
