Terms of Service

1) I own all images I draw unless copyright is specifically purchased or I am under contract.2) you agree to a processing fee of $2 for all paypal transactions.3) I require a full upfront payment before starting your commission. If you need a refund for any reason, it must be requested before the initial sketch is finished, or else you are not obligated to a refund. There will be no refunds for completed art.4) Any changes made to your commission that deviate from your original request will be subject to a fee. This is not including any mistakes of my own, or misunderstandings between me and my commissioner.5) I refuse to draw any art that could be considered hateful or overtly political.6) NSFW art must be requested with proof of age before any discussion over it can begin. Proof of age will only be accepted as a photo of yourself standing beside any valid form of identification. (Valid Identification includes: State ID, Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate, etc).7) I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if you violate the given terms of service at any point before or during your commission.8) by commissioning me, you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
